Sman, the point I’m trying to make is illustrating that there are coaches out there who want to elevate their programs. They want to have students at the game creating a great atmosphere. They want to win and are upset by losing. They hold themselves accountable and to a higher standard. Of course no one can make anyone do anything but at least they are trying to create a strong culture of basketball at their schools.as for the URI coach begging for attendance, good for her. she should do that. but you can't tell people what they should be interested in. well you can I guess, but they don't have to listen.
I follow men's basketball. and I probably spend way too much time on it. I personally don't watch women's basketball. I also don't go to lacrosse, tennis, golf, soccer, field hockey, track & field, etc ...
everyone makes choices.
When have we ever seen this from our men’s coaching staff? Especially now where morale seems to be the lowest it’s been in awhile.
