Again it was done at a time things were a bit rosier--we had won at Belmont--optimism a good season, 2 years removed from an A10 regular season championship.
Maybe it's time for you to live in reality...

At the time of the win they were number 2 in conference, it was and remains a good win. If you foresaw them finishing 2-7 then congrats. You should have contacted a bookie and made some money out of it.

Picking the 1-2 slightly positive things that went on this season and yet ignoring the big picture of 2 consecutive 11th place finishes, getting bounced in the pillow fight 2 years in a row, getting absolutely humiliated by our rival 4 times and losing double digits Quad 3 and 4 games over this time is peak gaslighting.
So yay, we beat George fricking Mason, a team that made the NIT and got promptly bounced. Woo hoo. Go us. So proud of our program.

Mason was a Q3 win. Yawn!!!! We had 1 Q1/Q2 win the last 2 seasons!!! 1!!!! Here are our quad records the last 2 seasons:
Q1: 1-6.
Q2: 0-10.
Q3: 11-17.
Q4; 10-6.
This is so pathetic, I don't even know what to say. And our coach is back? What other coach would be back with these results over a 2 year period? And then our AD says he will be back and that's it? No email explaining why? No other comments? We are at the point where I can't stand our program.

You’re right - those are pathetic numbers. Throw out the Q4 which we should be 16-0; not 10-6, then the other Q’s are all awful. My vote for worst is Q3 at 11-17, but that’s just subjective.
