All A-10 player
GMU has just about blown any chance of an at large so suspect Tony Skinn is going to have them more than ready for this game. Hopefully, we'll have Aiden back.

No score prediction.

GMU isn't a good match up for us. We've lost 3 straight to them & 7 of last 8. I'm still hoping for a win, but my hopes didn't play out vs RI yesterday.
They are absolutely a terrible matchup for us. Physical bullyball ain’t our thing.

Yep. And, when was the last time we were a bad matchup for an A-10 team? And what do we do offensively or defensively that creates bad matchups for opposing teams?

This season is a wash. We aren't winning 4 games in 4 days at the A-10 tournament. The best thing that can happen now is that we get our asses handed to as often as possible in the hopes that Hardt and PQ are embarrassed enough to take a hard look at things. At some point, they have to realize that Mooney is never going to leave unless he is made to and the program is a middling porridge of mediocrity until he does. A couple good thrashings in our home building by two of upper tier programs in the A-10 would long term be good for our program.

I’m still going to go to the games and root for the home team. Not naive enough to believe a massive loss would change anything. The press clippings have already been generated, read and believed. “Just wait until next year.”

All I can hope for is an unexpected victory that causes more chaos in the A10 rankings. I think that the A10 being a 1 bid league would actually put more pressure on UR than anything else. UR is a significant party in league operations and if the league office starts asking the hard questions maybe there is a chance of change. Definitely not going to come from UR’s BOT based on all actions to date. Hopefully the new commissioner is a go getter who wants to increase the conference profile which means forcing teams to schedule better and raising the level of play.
