You wonder how much of that there is as opposed to how much loyalty factor.I’d love to know if the source was a starter, bench, or deep bench player. Context matters a ton here.
But regardless, the fact that someone on the team was sharing that as more than just their personal take is not shocking to me.
This player was a starter.I’d love to know if the source was a starter, bench, or deep bench player. Context matters a ton here.

WTF!!!! I can't access it. What the F else did he say? Unreal. Something we are working on?????
Too GD funny. Mooney is such a $%%%, just flat out trolling us now. We'll done coach.
I mean I member talking about effing 12 years ago..
Probably Dji.I’d love to know if the source was a starter, bench, or deep bench player. Context matters a ton here.

Was not Dji, but I could see why you would think that. Real shame we only got one good year out of Dji he should have been making contributions for 3 yearsProbably Dji.
He was really good his last year. Hope he is doing well. The switch from PG to wing worked out for him.Was not Dji, but I could see why you would think that. Real shame we only got one good year out of Dji he should have been making contributions for 3 years
I agree. Now that he says it wasn't Dji, I guess because we have had so many recent transfers, it could be one of about 10-15 guys. And it wouldn't be surprising.I’d love to know if the source was a starter, bench, or deep bench player. Context matters a ton here.

I don't think keeping Burton would have necessarily made us a better team. Remember the year prior, CM tried to run everything through Burton and had he returned Mooney being Mooney probably would have done the same thing.Over the weekend I was talking with a friend from college that happens to know a former recent Richmond player who I wont name that said some interesting things that I was not expecting.
1. A lot of the players are starting to get frustrated with Mooney and feel like his system and game management are not successful in this age of college basketball. Also said he feels like Mooney is not good at picking rotations and a lot of recent players have been frustrated.
2. Burton did not want to leave Richmond for his 5th season. Burton loves Richmond and wanted to stay, but Richmond would not meet his NIL needs. Even after Villanova offered his NIL deal he asked Richmond to match it and they said no. If this is true that's a shame on the University if we have Burton on that team with King we make it to the big dance no question.
I dont see it either, im just going off the quote JOC attached to the tweet.WTF!!!! I can't access it. What the F else did he say? Unreal. Something we are working on?????
Just craziness. Mind boggling craziness.I dont see it either, im just going off the quote JOC attached to the tweet.
That right there is why Mooney needs to go. You want as many talented players on your team and it's the coaches job to figure out how to make them all work together. Something that Mooney is awful at and gets bailed out when he has a great PG like Gilly or Kevin Anderson because they are running the team while on the floor.I don't think keeping Burton would have necessarily made us a better team. Remember the year prior, CM tried to run everything through Burton and had he returned Mooney being Mooney probably would have done the same thing.
"The positive is you can take away the edge, the ball handler, and other things".All of JOC's stuff just comes from his press conferences. This is from the Bona postgame...timestamped vid:
