Thank god.
Really. We couldn’t possibly finish near the bottom. The future was always brightStill there. The bad news is we play two of the teams behind us in the standings- St. Bona and Loyola in the next week. We could fall to last place in the conference. We could go 0-5 down the stretch.

The Epstein reference made me remember the Dr Nassar/Hardt connection. Was Hardt in the Nassar files? Not accusatory just recognizing the overlap. Hardt was associate AD at Michigan State when Nassar was team physician. And 1 of Hardt roles was overseeing the sports medicine program. Have to assume they knew each other well enough idk. Just a crazy coincidence to have the 2 biggest Mooney backers potentially in 2 of the biggest scandal files, Epstein and Nassar. If true.
Was this question ever asked in Hardt hiring? No, because that whole AD hiring committee thing run by UR's David Hale was a scam too. Hardt was a PQ hire from their connections.

To be clear, it seems the only appearances of PQ in the Epstein files are from a couple of lists of wealthy banking clients of certain firms. I don't see anything more than that.

Mooney is supposed to be on ESPN Richmond this morning at 9 with Jack Fitzpatrick, who's a pretty good straight-shooter from what I've heard of his show. Let's see what our fearless leader has to say for himself.

anybody catch the interview?
I just found it on the podcast section of the Fitz show on ESPN Richmond website. Not going to post a link because I don’t think there is anything interesting in the interview. To some it up, UR needs to play “tough and aggressive” for all 40 minutes. This has been known and stated for months starting probably with the Will Johnson interview when he talked about team energy. Ended with question about Beagle and Mooney didn’t contradict Jack when he said Beagle would be out for the year, so definitely not playing any time soon. I suppose he could make an appearance in Pittsburgh but I don’t think that materially matters.
