Games in. He’s been relegated to Neptune as far as I can tell.

One thing about this board, is while the won loss record has us down, the posts on here can still get a chuckle out of you.We stopped asking after we were 10

It will be seen. Didn’t anyone mention why he was in street clothes?Yep. This is part of the reason I was hyping/hopeful on Bryson pre season. Felt if he could be that stud wing that would pull things together and make us have legit talent. Of course that was predicated on Walz showing up more than 1 out of 4 games and a bunch of production from some oherr guys that have disappeared in A10 play.
The new insider said back injury and probably not returning. It will be seen. Didn’t anyone mention why he was in street clothes?
Crazy that it takes an insider to share this. Why would we keep this so quiet? Makes no sense. The new insider said back injury and probably not returning.
It makes zero sense. If nothing else I’d think you’d want it on record that he was injured so he could apply for a medical redshirt.Crazy that it takes an insider to share this. Why would we keep this so quiet? Makes no sense.
Right just like everything with this fake regime, the information they share or don't share makes no sense. After McGlothin is gone they will probably blame him for erasing the voicemail from the JMU coaches off the cassette tape answering machine in the basketball office. It makes zero sense. If nothing else I’d think you’d want it on record that he was injured so he could apply for a medical redshirt.
And I wouldn’t feel bad as a head coach. These kids are getting a free education plus 10s of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to play a sport. If you’re not producing then there should be no guarantee that you get as much NIL or more and if anything could get considerably less.
This is the hard reality for these young men now. Getting paid tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars in addition to a free education, per diems, and all the other perks, you better be able to play to your worth now. And coaches need to make room for productive players. I'm not crazy about the system but as a coach you have to adapt.
we're substantially upping our NIL. we need to used the increase wisely. so guys who aren't big time performers certainly don't need increases. increases go to AA and transfer targets this year. And I wouldn’t feel bad as a head coach. Now, if guys like Tanner and Tyne still want to stay and complete their UR degrees here despite not getting any NIL or very little, I absolutely would honor the scholarship. I don’t think it would be right to kick some one off a scholarship when they’re about to finish their degree, especially if they are willing to stay with no NIL or very little NIL. In this day and age, that’s very commendable.
Averaged 18+ minutes on a bad team. Should they keep it?we're substantially upping our NIL. we need to used the increase wisely. so guys who aren't big time performers certainly don't need increases. increases go to AA and transfer targets this year.
but it's not like Tyne and Tanner were riding the bench. both averaged 18+ mpg. they'll keep their NIL.
Why would they keep their NIL? Why do we want them on the team next year? Slash their NIL if they want to stay here, we don't owe them anything more than their schollie. If they get pissed, say bye, the portal is right there, go see what you can get elsewhere. We should not be paying players above their market rate, if they aren't helping us win games, which Tyne and Tanner are not.we're substantially upping our NIL. we need to used the increase wisely. so guys who aren't big time performers certainly don't need increases. increases go to AA and transfer targets this year.

Why? Our goal should be to get enough talent in here so Tyne and Tanner aren't playing 18 mpg.we're substantially upping our NIL. we need to used the increase wisely. so guys who aren't big time performers certainly don't need increases. increases go to AA and transfer targets this year.

Thinking about it more, here’s my final position on this (for now).we're substantially upping our NIL. we need to used the increase wisely. so guys who aren't big time performers certainly don't need increases. increases go to AA and transfer targets this year.
