It's been my experience that when people know your salary, there is inevitable criticism and commentary, most of which is negative and demoralizing. I mean, do we really want to know how much money we wasted on this year's players?

About 40% of what the supposed expenditure that will occur next year. Why spend money on something that can fix the program when you can continue to waste money.
