I can't wait until we can see Mooney on halftime of games on the MEAC Network one day.

for those scoring at home, we are trending to be outside the top 10 of the A freaking 10 for the 3rd year in 4. Can't crack top 10 in conference.

we almost won. We almost reached the goal. We will try harder next time. Maybe next time try something different. Maybe actually have some different ideas and strategies to win the game. Not run the same stuff that cause the same result. Maybe do some research and actually do your job for once.

We are currently locked in at 11 in the A-10, same as we finished last year. It is going to be really hard for us to get above 11, as the teams above us all have 2 more wins than us and two of them GW and Rhody swept us this year. Fordham is also 2 games ahead of us but we did beat them.
And to think, we loaded up on this cupcake OOC schedule all for basically one purpose so the powers that be could stand up at the end of the season and proclaim Mooney has the program on the right trajectory. And Mooney than proceeded to eff it up so bad that now we can even say that.
Mooney has to be praying we can close at the season maybe 3-1, win a pillow fight game so he can at least proclaim we finished the season strong. and maybe the Hardt can hop on that little sliver of good news. However, what happens, if we finish up say 1-3 and get knocked out in the opening round again of the A-10 tourney.
What in the heck does Hardt, Bob Black, Mooney and company say than? what glimmer of positive news horseshit could they possibly feed the fanbase for hope in the future. We graduate 60% of our starting line up as well, so not like he can point to some young core coming back next year either.

Anyone who wants a change needs to hope that we finish 1-3 or 0-4 and then lose our first A-10 tourney game. Although even winning that one and then losing the next one should work, since we'd be playing another terrible team in that first game and no one could use that as justification for things being ok.

I hate to be a Debbie downer here but there is nothing that is suggestive that any change will happen this year irrespective of results. Mooney is giving the same canned responses, JOC is asking questions about scouting in Europe next year like nothing is going wrong, PQ seems to pin this all on NIL with, what at least appears, more of a commitment from school/donors to have increased funding invested for next year.
So whenever we lose to whichever Q4 team that will inevitably happen in non-conference and finish bottom of A10 again, we’ll hear what the new excuses will be then.

I said it partly in jest lol but factually there is too much of a history of this happening to ignore at this point. Charleston Southern, Marist, Bucknell (twice I think?) Longwood, Radford, Jacksonville State, and of course the famous Delaware game. Those are all the ones in recent years I can think from the top of my head. I’m sure there is more I can’t think of.That last paragraph made me laugh.

Charlestown Southern, Marist, Elon, Furman, Bucknell must all be "materially outspending" us. It is the only answer.
Don't forget Charlotte, La Tech, W&M, and Fla Gulf Coast. All, like the ones you mentioned, in the past 2 seasons. But, sure keep telling us how "only" having 2 million to spend is the problem.

I will never forget (or forgive) being down to a crappy Delaware team by 30 in the first half.....at home no less.
