From what Mojo posted the other day, we are going to have our hands full with this player from Lehigh. If we lose this game, we might not have a shot at the conference title and we could miss the playoffs.
 
Lehigh definitely has a band. It's called the Marching '97 and in most years, does indeed have 97 members. It doesn't compare to HBCU bands (which almost no bands compare to), but put on a good halftime show and definitely add to the gameday atmosphere.

I know MANY on here were bemoaning the shift to the PL, but I think you're going to find that the league is pretty solid and most of the venues are very good. I'm biased, but Lehigh's set up is tops in the league, including its unsurpassed tailgating setup. Wish we were playing you later in the year, but it's a great way to kick off your inaugural season.

We are glad you have joined us. On the old board, many were unhappy with the move. Now that W&M and Nova are joining, we are pretty excited. Our first game- against Lehigh- will be a dogfight. The winner will have a shot at the conference championship and a spot in the playoffs.

By the way, Richmond hasn't had a marching band in 50 years (It might be longer).
 
As we await Game Notes, I try to avoid focusing on all the possible gaps I see in the Lehigh squad. Pre-game angst is the mode for the week.🤣
Having watched entirely too much UR film,I don't think the current line is accurate. At best game is a toss up. Neither of us can predict how our teams will play on Saturday.

Welcome aboard RichH. Lehigh is a class school and they have classy fans. Unless of course, Rich stands for Richmond and you are a Richmond fan. If so, you are brilliant, insightful and always right, especially when it comes to Lehigh football and the Patriot League.

By the way, what are the gaps that you see in the Lehigh squad? Just asking for a friend.

🤣🤣 Lehigh game notes are up. Lots of new faces on our O's 2 deep. Looking at both yours and ours. We will score. Enuf? Think so. Can UR? Co-coordinators? It may take a few games to get all the new pieces working together. Including your coaches.
Rooting aside none of us has a real handle on own teams much less anyone else's.
