Really great job on that interview and such a night and day difference with our Men's coach. Just the enthusiasm in his voice and the appreciation for all that he has accomplished here and that there is more to come. And my favorite quote came when he was asked the high expectations and he said that despite losing a host of rotation players from last year, the expectations were high AND THATS WHAT HE WANTS - -HIGH EXPECTATIONS!!! And then basically repeated the same thing when discussing scheduling. He actually says " to get the seeding in the NCAA we want" so NCAA isn't even the minimum standard - - its a seed line and they aren't bashful about openly going for it etc.
And then there is our Men's coach - - - oh its hard to win, oh its hard to schedule, we hope to compete etc. etc. Is it really any wonder that the results are so divergent when the culture the respective coach's are creating is so divergent?
