Collin Tanner - Junior - Eligibility through 26-27 season

6'6 205lb Guard - Began his sophomore year as a starter which I think surprised many of us but ended up only starting 5 games during the season. Showed promise at times especially when he was aggressive and had his career best 8 rebounds during our final A10 loss against Davidson. Agree with Spider_Fan_111111111's comment that Tanner is in a similar place to Mikkel as they head into their junior years. Would have to think he must have a strong summer/fall or his minutes could regress this year.

Recent interview of Collin's perspective on the current off-season.

Another wildcard on a team full of wildcards, which may be the new normal. Feel like Tanner has a much bigger hill to climb than Tyne. Based on early chatter, it does seem like there is more competition for spots and hopefully the urgency and sped up timetable leads to less lineup experimentation in the OOC schedule than last year. Since the early schedule is not challenging, I hope we see a clear team of 1s that play well together and get a sizable 1st half lead so that the younger guys can get some game time experience at some point in the 2nd half. None of this happened last year so we are talking a big step change.
