Let me add to this. The last 2 seasons, we have 22 Q3/Q4 losses and 1 Q1/Q2 win.

Let me repeat that. Last 2 seasons:

Q3/Q4 losses: 22
Q1/2 wins: 1

We could have been to the dance 10 times in a row before that, and I would still want and expect a coach with back to back seasons like that fired!!!!!

Wow. Even I didn't realize it was THAT bad. That is truly horrific and grounds for immediate termination. Do you think any other team in the A10 is THAT bad? Seems unlikely even for the Fordhams of the world.
