Great day on the mound for Joey Giordano and Chayse Gruber on the mound limiting the Patriots to 3 runs on 5 hits. Solid day at the plate for Dylan Winebrenner and RJ Johnson Jr who each had 2 hits and 2 RBIs and Chris Schaller with 2 hits and a 4 RBI day. Let’s go for the “sweep”!

GMU has a nice field, except the dugouts are a mile away from the field. Way too much foul territory.

And college baseball needs to adopt MLB's engagement rules. GMU's pitcher probably threw over to first 10 times in that inning.

In the top 7th a Sean Scanlon double with 2 outs brings in Elko from third and the Spiders get 1 run back but still trail 7-3 headed to BOT 7
