We can learn plenty from Nova PR group.
Was there as well. Illinois State coach said Lauletta was "dropping them in a mailbox."This game with Illinois State being involved brings back some great memories from 2015 when I traveled to Normal, Illinois with some family and friends to see the Kyle Lauletta led Spiders upset the undefeated Redbirds who were seeded #2 in the FCS playoffs and end their 19 game home winning streak. What great times and memories those playoff trips generated. Now if we could just get back to those days when December included Spider Football to go with the holiday cheer!
Agree! One of the great nights in the Spiders FCS history...going in as underdogs...I believe it was Jacobi Green, who had torched JMU for 5TDs in the biggest day in the history James Madison University (ESPN Game Day)...proceeded to go on another rampage vs. the Red Birds. This game with Illinois State being involved brings back some great memories from 2015 when I traveled to Normal, Illinois with some family and friends to see the Kyle Lauletta led Spiders upset the undefeated Redbirds who were seeded #2 in the FCS playoffs and end their 19 game home winning streak. I wonder if Huesman gives inspirational talks like Ferrante?
I'll bet the pope knows about the game today. Can we hire the Rev Father to advertise each of our home games?
The 2015 team was terrific on both sides of the ball.Kyle’s uncanny accuracy really shown his QB abilities. We were loaded at WR and at RB.Our OL and DL were among the best and toughest.NDSU was appreciative and surprised of our beating the Red Birds. An unforgettable game.Agree! Good times and great memories!
Go Spiders!
Red Birds were bigger, stronger, quicker than the Philly V’s.They were favored for a reason, surprisingly so.V had their buttocks presented to them. Totally outclassed.
