Game Thread - A10 Quarterfinals against LaSalle - Friday 3/6 7:30 PM ESPN+

Dayton had a 10-point lead with under 4 minutes to go, but it's all collapsed in a hurry. Tie game with under 2 to go.

Dayton was 98.6% to win this. They now trail by two.

Headed to OT all tied up at 75 after Mason misses two free throws with 11 seconds left, the Flyers get a bucket to tie it up with 6 seconds left, and GMU can't respond with a winner. That'll delay our start a bit.

Mason survives in OT as a Dayton block falls into the hands of a Mason cutter who lays it in nearly unopposed at the buzzer.

41–21 Spiders at the half after an offensive board and putback at the buzzer by Wright. Defensive has been fantastic aside from a few lapses. Not shooting the three well, so hopefully that improves against stiffer competition. But we completely shut down La Salle's offense. In one sequence we forced two straight shot clock violations and then a desperate heave to avoid a third.

Pretty good defensively first hakl, but offense was a bit of struggle in the half court. We pushed the pace which helped some but the set offense wasn't great and neither was 3 point shooting.

Very different from the first time we played them. We're not really in danger, but really don't like the way we're playing...it's a real slog.

Well, a win is a win, but it certainly wasn't a work of art. About the best we can say is that we kept the Big 3 all at 28 and under minutes and nobody got hurt.
