The body language of the coaching staff down the stretch was sad and embarrassing. Mooney stands with his hands behind his back while the assistant coaches just sit there emotionless offering nothing. Just another day when your job is essentially protected. At least fake that you care and understand part of your job is to encourage young men .

We as alumni should be proud of Hardt. He got ahead of things to announce Moon return. Hardt’s insight should give all of us comfort and confidence that Moon is the man to take us to the next level…DOWN. Our trajectory is terrible. Hardt and Moon should both resign in embarrassment and disgrace. They are liabilities to our university.

Down the stretch it was a foregone conclusion in my mind that we would lose. I've seen this movie many times. I then found myself watching Mooney on the sidelines and wondering how Franco lets Mooney wear those ugly brown shoes with all that navy blue.
