Around the A10

Looks like the A-10 has 2 Quad 1 wins. Rhody has a Quad 1 win over Yale (which like our Q1 win is even less likely to stand once Yale enters conference play). A-10 being a 3 bid league seems like a really remote possibility. I think our best case if to hope like a team like SLU goes like 15-3 in the league and loses in the tourney final and then maybe we get 2 bids. I don't see any A-10 league building an at large worthy resume beyond that type of scenario.
As of today
SLU Q1 Santa Clara
VCU USF VTech both Q2
GW USF WM both Q2
SBU Fl-Atl Buff both Q2
UR Q1 Belmont Q2 WM
URI Q1 Yale

Not a lot that stands out…

I have a funny feeling Loyola's admin will be like ours and he will have a very long rope. Like our team last season, he is probably selling g the idea that the high turnover of the portal each year, can lead to a season where the chemistry is just bad. Looking at his coaching record seems pretty solid other than this season. But boy this is epic putrid.

not sure - fanbase is crazy grumpy at this point and there is a general opinion of underachieving every year except the team he inherited from former coach.

Sorry for the paywall .. Glad no one was hurt .. fairly shocked this new was seemingly surpressed for nearly 6 months after June incident

Clownshow Ed living up to his clownshow name. He can't survive this one. Someone on the inside tipped off the TD, which means there's resentment and/or people who work for him don't like him. Not to mention, you know, getting hammered and wiping out.

Any trial lawyers out there please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe its highly unusual for a DUI to be reduced to reckless driving. Either you take the DUI test and fail it and are arrested, or you refuse to take the test which implies guilt and you are also arrested. He either had a very good lawyer or got preferential treatment of some sort, seems like both more than likely.

With no breath or blood test my guess he did well enough on physical tests the Prosecutor agreed to reduce to RD. Or could have been question about when accident took place, have to arrest within a time limit.

You are looking at the next commissioner of the A10.

Some people think so anyway.
