With no breath or blood test my guess he did well enough on physical tests the Prosecutor agreed to reduce to RD. Or could have been question about when accident took place, have to arrest within a time limit.

I believe if you refuse to take a breathalyzer (which he did), they generally can't don't charge with you a DUI. But refusing to take a breathalyzer is an automatic 1 year license suspension. So, either way, it is kind of the same thing. His insurance is skyrocketing, he probably is in some alcohol diversion program as part of his sentence and is using an uber to get around.

Bigger question to me is how they buried this from the press for so long and how the press eventually did become aware of it. All interesting questions.

On another note - Tony Skinn is a crazy good coach - everyone left GMU last year due to the insane model that currently exists so he recruited exceptionally and they are now 17-1 ... sigh sigh sigh
