Hobart began phasing in lax scholarships a few years ago and I'd hoped they be able to start moving up by now, but not seeing signs of it yet. Believe they had been aiming to be at 9 this season and the previous max of 12.6 next year before the House settlement blew up the limits. Now I have no idea how many programs are giving.
