call him a guard, call him a wing, call him whatever he wants. but call him.Too tall of a guard for us.
But seriously, this is the type of guy that would go great next to AA and Simmons.
Then all we need are a wing, PF and a five to round things out. And some depth.
Why the heck did we lose out to Delaware for three guys that could have helped us big time last few years then? I believe it is because Mooney sucks at identifying, sucks at landing them, and now probably sucks at using NIL properly, and sucks at getting the funds (should have pushed more past two years). But anyone with talent, you seem to have the "why would they come her attitude". And i get it, its dicey to come here with Mooney, but if you have a Schertz type, a Tarrant type, a Dutcher type, a Beilein type - maybe you can figure out how to get those guys. And yess, we can get those type of coaches - two of them right on that list. But we keep ahead with moon.??? why so salty? he checks every box I posted before. he's both a high major recruit who didn't do well at that level, and a lower level player who tore it up. and he's from Richmond. that's a trifecta. of course we should try on this one.
yes, we should have tried last year too when he chose Delaware. maybe we did.
And a new coach.Too tall of a guard for us.

Yep, he is trying to compete in an environment that does not exist any more. Instead of adapting. He is just existing and cashing in.And a new coach.
yeah but ... besides that. They had as many turnovers as assists, didn't rebound well, and didn't force turnovers.
Lopez, Tyne, Walz, were all around 40% from 3 as well. Johnston was close too. Sometimes numbers do lieman ... looking at that Delaware team, I can't figure out how they only won 10 games. not like Fernandez was alone. top 3 guys all shot near 40% from 3.
But, I do agree they should win more games with 3 shooters like that.yeah but ... besides that.
lol
He might follow McNamara.Have to assume that this kid who played so hard for Siena in their great effort for Duke will be looking for a new home ..
