We were a 3-4 seed before ND game,now 7-8 seed after loss

If we win out, UVA/GTown/Cornell keep winning, and a Saint Joseph or High Point can sneak into top 20, I think our ceiling is as high as a 4 seed but probably 5-6 seed. Especially if the other top teams lose to each other.

North Carolina, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Princeton, Harvard, and Big 10 champion likely all have realistic shot for top 3 seeds but again those teams will play against each other and things will get sorted out.

There is a lot more carnage coming to the top teams. A top 4 seed for us in the tourney is very much at play after we win out.

This game definitely exposed the spiders flaws. Gaylord is not ready to match up against the top faceoff guys. The 2nd midfield group is a HUGE dropoff from the 1st group. Knight might not be as solid as we think. The path for this team to go deep in March is 100% through their defense. They HAVE to play lights out or it will be a short run for the spiders. Gun to head I just don't think this team is deep enough to win it all, but anything can happen.
