About the worst i’ve seen us play on top of a ton of bad luck. Thats due to how well ND is playing, just wish could get a goal and gain momentum.

This game is over

It was over in the first 5 seconds. We were in trouble when UVA beat them last week. This should humble them or expose them, one or the other.

You know, even if we lost I would’ve said that it wouldn’t have been the worst thing for us. ND was going to play tough after last weekend. A loss would humble us, take off some of the pressure of the #1 team, and get us refocused for the final stretch of the season. That was assuming a relatively close game though.

We are getting absolutely spanked. Now I’m worried about the other extreme. The lights are too bright for this team. This game kind of replicates the feel of memorial weekend. Buzz and media attention about the games, played at a neutral site. We look scared. Won’t ever win a national championship playing scared.

The worst part about losing this way is that now the narrative is that we were frauds. While we sucked today, I would not say this team is fraudulent at all, but that’s how it’s going to be discussed.
