Transfer Portal

I assume he is going with most of the receiving core to UCLA. In his JMU Breeze interview when he arrived, he mentioned being close to home, playing at the FBS level in front of a large packed stadium for a school that cared about football. If he goes to UCLA, basketball will always be king.

Do the Bruins still play at the Rose Bowl, or have they moved to the new stadium the Rams and Chargers play in? Southern Cal still plays at the ancient Coliseum I believe?

50K at the Rose Bowl still looks like a half empty stadium...

Go Spiders!

With 105 roster limit Iowa State still has the FCS limit and Ok State is one short.
While these are the two highest surely Spiders and other FCS programs can pick up a few coming down from FBS. With numbers like this there have to be guys that want playing time, I hope.

With that hope said, these numbers are indeed staggering.
That's just losses to the portal. It doesn't include the players who completed their eligibility with each program. Both teams will probably have to replace 50+ players, with new coaching staffs.

This stuff isn't sustainable, or good for college football.
