Was thinking the same thing 72. I keep opening up this thread hoping to see more information on UR’s prospective recruits/commits but instead find myself reading about every other teams’ recruits and NIL investments except our own.
Perhaps we can have a UR dedicated thread to transfers? Personally I do not care about some random player in his 7th year eligibility playing at Incarnate Word or if Illinois State got a football donation.

We have one for potential incoming transfers. The problem is that it's only been crickets over there...

Is there a way I can hide or mute this thread then? Members have every right to post whatever other relevant portal related news they want here of course and I’m sure other posters may want to keep up with that kind of stuff, but personally I’m really only interested in UR related portal news. I know I can choose not to open this thread or not but I know I’ll mix up all the portal related threads lol so I thought perhaps a better way is to hide it from my feed all together if it’s possible.We have one for potential incoming transfers. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to mute/ignore individual threads.
I have wanted this feature for other threads myself, but no such luck.

We’ve got nothing going on.Our competition in the Patriot League is quite aggressive,particularly Holy Cross even Lehigh.
We could just be strategically inept.We apparently do not have even one transfer commitment from anyone.Maybe we’ll be waiting until the very last minute this summer
in order to sign a transfer or 2.Hopefully we sign someone after the portal closes on Jan 16.
How can Holy Cross sign a dozen players and we’re trapped in a telephone booth.

There’s a lot of inept things about our football program right now. Our social media team getting our X account suspended twice, having a lot of players transferring out the past couple of years and our coach’s response is basically saying he doesn’t care, our inability to bring in transfers, and our entire offensive scheme relying on a QB who should be playing fullback to run the ball 40 times a game. All while the rest of the Patriot League is getting stronger. Looks like we’ll be middle of the pack for awhile.
Lacrosse season can’t come soon enough.
