Enjoyed that interview a lot guys!
Glad you were able to add to the interview list. Brothers was a senior when I first took my family to Spiders games with a Pick 6 ticket package. Really enjoyed the experience at the RC and the following season the RC was renovated making it even nicer. Then the next year made the move to season ticket holders. Seems like ancient history now.

Brothers was a sniper at times and had tremendous lift on his shot. The "shot" against VCU
will always live in my Spider memory bank. Of course give a lot of credit to Anthony for giving
us the opportunity to tie in those last 30 seconds. Brothers just put the nail in the coffin and you
knew we had this game won in OT based on the deflated looks on the VCU bench and I think Brothers
hit a three to lead off OT and seal the deal.

Good stuff, going to listen to the entire thing soon. Loved the part about playing Gonzo one on one after a road trip. Gonzo was the ultimate gym rat, sounds like Darien too. Darien had a great career, I think he was so un assuming and had a low key personality did not quite get the hype other guys got. I remember seeing him torch Barron Jr in person at URI one season. He was so strong and athletic and could hit shots. Would love to land a guy like him in the portal.
