Parker was a Top 100 recruit in the country. Believe he was player of the year in the Metro area. So, not sure how much either us or VCU recruited him but he was largely out of our league. He went to NC State for 2 years, never really lived up to his recruited potential there.
out of our league out of HS ... but did we give him a look in the portal?
missed opportunity if we don't talk to a local top 100 kid who's looking to transfer down in state.

Rob Jones at Cedarville is currently 8-6 and 3-3 in conference. Lost to Walsh (top team in the G-MAC) on Thursday, but had a day off on Saturday. They seem to play on Thursdays and Saturdays. Next up for them is Hillsdale, not a good team.

He's averaging 6 points a game off the bench, but he seems to play every game. Last time out he scored 1 point in 21 minutes on 0-1 shooting and 3 fouls.

And that is exactly what I would expect from a Rob Jones coached team. Not the worst team in the league but far from the best. He learned mediocre from the King of it after all.

If I had a guess before the season, this is what I would have guessed -Hovde looks to be top guy out of the gate. He has the most college assistant hands on coaching experience. Geriot is very personable and motivated - I think as he gains experience he will get better and better. Chu is in a weak conference, and had two ACC level players. Woudl expect a little better, but he has mostly been an analytics guy, so the hands on the court and in game strategy and managing players, and egos, and the bumps of the season may take a while.

Defense wins championships. Or doesn’t.
Radford playing Charleston Southern tonight on ESPN+. Watched some of the game and looks nothing like the Mooney offense. Radford up 15 at half. Had an inbounds play with 1.2 seconds left in half that lead to open 3 point shot (make).
