Bench player
I'm gonna just put this out there. I think it is pretty clear he is a complete difference maker when he is in there. He is a 3 level scorer, the offense runs so much better with him on the floor, and he is really pesky on defense. His pull-up jumper is a lost part of the modern game, pretty unstoppable with his speed and handle. He plays with poise, he knows his game is good. Our offense needs a truly dynamic PG to run effectively and he is that.
I honestly OK for now with Mooney bringing him off the bench, it makes sure he can acclimate to the college game without too much pressure. Not sure, how long it will be until he forces himself into the conversation of playing starter minutes though.
