2026 MLAX Schedule

Really enjoyed yesterday’s game. I was also surprised the official attendance was less than opening day in 2014.

Agree with the observations that it looked like we belonged out there.

I was sitting in a section of The Brick House that was probably 2-1 Cavalier fans. It was the Spiders’ defensive end in the 4th quarter. It was so quiet we could hear the UR players trash talking the Cavs. As TV announcers like to say it seemed to be getting “chippy” out there. The Cavs were frustrated. We were confident!

If we can sustain our program and the Cavs return to their former glory this could become a good rivalry. I don’t believe their fans can believe it yet.

Spiders a bit out of sorts coming off the big win just a couple days ago. Playing some second-stringers and making some mental errors, and it's all tied up at 2 ten minutes in. Chemotti took a timeout to try to get the guys to reset.
 
We hit the pipe three times in the final two minutes or so of the half, and couldn't get a final shot off before the whistle. Spiders up 5–4 at the break.
 
9–5 through three quarters.

Lol, Starsia had to apologize after expressing frustration when Picart missed the net with an open shot with two seconds left. Can't take the coach out of him.
 
Great win over a 3-0 Mercer team who was receiving votes in the polls this week heading into this game. Big game this Saturday against a very good Lehigh team who just best a ranked Michigan, are receiving votes too, and was a double OT loss away from being 3-0 as well.
