Now that I have found the Tribe board I can say that BBS it is hosted on is in the same vein as the VCU one. Really happy that SF was aware of this option which works way better on mobile.

Had to go back and look at it again as it has been a few months. I can now see it is the same type of basic structure, but the ads are horribly implemented. Maybe that is intentional in hopes of getting more premium subscribers.

Well, I can get to vcu's board at work, but get DNS blocked for this forum. I can submit a request to have it reviewed. I guess my rationale would be something like: I have to spend twice as much time reading and writing replies on my phone than if I was able to do so on my laptop
