ECU coach is right about putting student back in front of athlete. It will be very interesting to watch Nova and W&M restructure their rosters. They both had no fewer than 12 Grad level players each on their roster this year and we know that changes next year with the Patriot League rules.

“New” graduate transfers will not be allowed.All former eligible- rostered players whether they be graduate or undergraduate will be allowed.
 
I like this thread. You can pull up LinkedIn on any given day and business people are discussing “retention”. In the business environment today you have to show team members you care about them and their development and goals.

At the end of the day, it's not what the employees want, it's what best for the team.

If a relationship flows in one direction it's not a relationship at all. We live in a generation of takers and not givers. Good relationships are mutual. Loyalty is a thing of the past.
