Interesting note saw in one of the comments, Beilein recruited Dobbins to Richmond and Mazulla to West Virginia.

Lead assistants average in the high six figures, though ones with tons of experience can get well over $1m. Doubt anybody is over $2m. Things obviously drop as you go down the bench. Mid-levels are in the $400k–$500k range, and starting is maybe in the $100k–$200k range.
