it's pretty funny. he's in charge. the buck stops with him. but he gets to keep making $3M guaranteed. he just has to fire all of the lesser paid non-guaranteed guys he hired who helped him lose 19 games this year.

Mike Davis is (or was) one of his assistant coaches. He at least has some experience, but he's more of a scapegoat.
