Thrilling way to open that season that will in no way tell us anything about our team this year. This really should have been a scrimmage or something but Moondog wants to pad his record, so here we are.

It’s also ridiculous that we are starting on 11/5 when something like 90% of programs start on Monday. I guess we had a hard time getting Southern VA (TM) to agree to a Monday start?

This probably qualifies as one of those cases where there’s limited value to not following the crowd.

Yeah, no clue why we couldn't do Monday. Unlike last year with Mount Olive, SVU doesn't have another game scheduled for opening day.

Maybe we wanted a few more days of practice.
