I generally agree but no one stood out to me at the 3 Saturday night. So I might take a 6’8” guy there simply for rebounding/defense if the others aren’t gonna generate a ton of offense. Not sure I can agree with that. Heck, I was saying start him as a true freshman because I thought he could be a Tyler type who was ready to play right away. But, if he is not one of our better options and others are ahead of him AND we are winnning, no reason to say he better play. But, if we struggle to win like we did last year, and guys in front of him are not getting it done, I guess we should consider giving him some good minutes and see what we have. But, if he is another GW3 who is not an A-10 level player ( I'm not giving up on him and saying he is), don't play him just to play him.
My thought is that the result is contrary to whatever Moon is trying to achieve. It seems it would be a confidence deflator for the players. The quick hook as an instructional/behavioral modification technique seems dreadful because the hookee rarely gets back in the game. Hard to learn anything useful if you don’t get a chance to show you learned something.
Game didn't count. Wait till they count and the pressure is on. Ole 55% will be at his best.Glad to see we got the W. Frankly, with how we started last season, I was worried.

Is the official video for 55%?Game didn't count. Wait till they count and the pressure is on. Ole 55% will be at his best.
Has a reputation for blowing it the last 4 minutes.a very over priced one too
It is a good pitch for Davidson, but I don’t see how this is a big win for mid-majors currently. Develop underclassman so that they can get poached by a P5 program. The only way this works is if the P5 has to compensate the team that is losing the player. Of course, the NCAA is not configured to handle this situation.
Playing devil’s advocate, I think a case could be made that the longer you keep the player on campus the better the chance you have keeping the player. This is because life happens. Perhaps a significant other enters the equation, other friends, liking the professors, etc. To me this is especially true for “great college players” that aren’t good enough to make it in the NBA (ie the types of players the mid-majors have a real shot at).No, I get that Native. I was trying to make the point in regards to Bryson red shirting. And the getting pulled quickly in the exhibition. Not the way to develop IMO.
But on the other note, unfortunately you can't really try to hide guys so they don't get poached. it’s just like scheduling down to me. You have to go all in every season. That is how high performing mid majors operate. Can't be scare and always trying to plan 2 or 3 years out in this environment because your plan will get blown up anyway.
