We should never, ever lose to Elon in basketball. Ever. Richmond's administration is just paying lip service to its flagship sport. Total BS. And people other than me are starting finally to figure it out. They tried to trick you with that embarrassing OC schedule.

First, I didn’t enjoy listening to Bob Black for an entire game. I learned how much better some of the other announcers I listen to are.

Second, I am laughing at many of the comments. Torvik has this as a 54% chance of a win with a 1.1 point margin. You had to know it was going to be close. I knew it was over as soon as the turnovers continued early in the 2nd half. I didn’t see any of the game but as soon as I heard zone and kept hearing zone, I knew the Spiders were in trouble.

Hopefully, the team learned something and the coaching staff will make some adjustments. There are going to be plenty of close games in conference play and many will be on the road.

Last, thank goodness there are no more Flo games.

I guess the one and only good thing about our schedule is, like the Furman game, I am not that upset that we lost because these OOC games mean nothing.
 
In our 2 losses, Aiden scored 3 points against Furman and 2 points tonight. He has been playing great, especially for a true freshman, and I don't want to put extra pressure on him, but we need him to score.

Like i said, who's got it better than us? I forgot that Elon moved all their sports over to the CAA. Thanks for the reminder. Unfortunately that doesn't make me feel better.

A-10 could go either way in my opinion (and by either way I mean we could MAYBE get to .500 in conference or maybe just slide into oblivion and win 4 games. This team is riding the energy that (to their credit) they have created, but if some losses start to pile up, you have to wonder if it will start to sap the energy.
