Davidson is 12-5 and 4-0 in the A10 with victories over St Joes, SLU, DUQ, and Loyola ESPN has us at 68% probability of a win but think we need to make sure we play one of our best games this season.

I’ve seen Davidson play once this year and if that game was representative of their strength we should win. However, Newell’s injury last night makes her availability a question mark. If she’s not able to play the task of winning becomes a bit tougher.

I am sure Coach Roussell will have the Spiders prepared. This Davidson team was predicted in 3rd ahead of Rhode Island on the pre-season A10 Conference Ranking. Last year we did a good job of keeping Charlise Dunn from having a big game in both meetings. I am hopeful the RC sees a “Large and Loud” crowd for this game! Go Spiders!

Davidson's baskets are coming off of layups and open 3's. We are struggling to get good shots and having to force shots late in the shot clock. We also started the game with a bunch of turnovers. Hopefully the second half will be different.

Unbelievable game by Doogan, 48 points, Spiders win in triple OT. Sweeney was terrific too and played the entire game.

Petty sure Sweeney played all 55 minutes and think Doogan and Ullstram went about 53 each
Doogan's 48 most in a women's game by a player this years.

Fun game to watch and congratulations to the Women’s team. Like one of the announcers said, it is too bad that one team has to come away with a loss in a game like that one.
Listened to the Roussell post game segment on ESPN+ and he mentioned some bad calls by him at numerous points to close out the game. That’s what I appreciate about Coach. Even in a win, he is self analyzing and criticizing himself.
I’m guessing those weren’t triple OT games. Definitely an accomplishment by Maggie, but this is a record with an asterisk in my book. 15 extra minutes is quite a bit and 18 of the 48 came in OT. Granted it is hard to keep scoring after playing a full game too.

What a great game! Triple OT thriller. Former team members Addie Budnik and Katie Hill in attendance at the RC. Maggie with 48 points and playing with 4 fouls at the end. Katie Donovan from Davidson with 27 and playing with 4 fouls as well. This was a great college basketball game and an A10 Classic. Great Crowd with lots of energy tonight!
Roussell also said best thing he did was recruit Maggie Doogan!
