No urgency. No definition of offensive roles. That is the downside of the let's let everyone shoot against weakest of the weak competition. Now we seem to have zero primary options on offense.

terrible stretch from Walz in the second. Turnover on a backdoor pass (I don’t know why we kept throwing them they weren’t working), his man hits a 3, walz misses a 3, and then his man scores on him. Concerned with the size of this team going into conference play. We don’t have enough scoring ability to combat with good teams. they are taking our lunch money in the paint

Mooney coached teams are as predictable as rain. Always have a collapse on one side of Christmas or the other if not both.

If I never see the UR “press”, I will be a happy fan. Such poor execution and then no one knows how to find a body when a shot goes up.

The only good thing is that the Spiders got a “warmup” game in before the A10 schedule starts, which is what really matters for this year’s team (and basically every year).

I am expecting a 9-9 outcome for the conference schedule. We will see.

9 and 9 would be an over achievement.

Three points combined in the last 2 games from those starters, that’s not going to work.

Whoever the f those coaches from CSU were, they came in to the RC were vocal, out-schemed the “most winning” coach in UR history and took our lunch money today … good for those guys, they earned it.

Even though rebounding close, it seems they out-hustled us on their boards. Several times 3 or 4 rebounds in a row.

So we close out OOC with a lot of wins as expected against bad teams and have 2 losses (Elon & Charleston) to preseason low level picks in fair to weak conferences. This seems about right.
