I'm not 97 - but I did dream that I was sleeping at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so I'll give it a go.
To me the backdrop says: "We are not wasting any money, every available dollar is going to your NIL payments" It's some kind for artsy avante garde type of plain vibe I think.
