Been keeping an eye on this RB out of the Dallas area and you may remember discussing him on the old board...Cam Newton, but no relation to that Cam Newton it appears. 2400 yards rushing this season and picking up lots of awards.

We offered him back in May and he had well over a dozen D-I offers at the time, but didn't end up committing and signing early anywhere for some reason. Lafayette offered him a week ago, and we're definitely still after him as we just headed down for a visit.

Are we sure he's scholarship? He called it an "offer to play" back in October when we made it, and I don't see him mentioning any other offers.

Yeah fair point. Scholarship worthy at least. He and Bonser warrant a competition now.

Unclear what's up here... Dax Hebeisen, a linebacker out of the DFW. He committed to D-II Oklahoma Baptist a month ago, but we just made what is presumably a PWO offer, so maybe he's not necessarily committed there anymore.

Another kid out of the DFW...Preston Healy, DE/TE. I'm assuming this is PWO offer, as he mostly had D-II/D-III offers before now. Stetson offered him a couple of weeks ago, but they're out of the Pioneer.

Spiders and Lehigh both offered him back in May, but not sure what happened with his recruiting after that. He just posted about an official visit and offer from D-II Shepherd a week ago.
