Pretty crazy impressive to go this this game the night after your season ends. Clearly he works incredibly hard.

I'm truly blown away by the circumstances of this.

We know they didn't have any plans to be anywhere but Durham today.

And even though Hershey isn't far from home for her.... imagine the conversation between these two absolute legends that led to both of them ending up there together.

Seriously, I couldn't be more proud to have these two representing the university.... regardless of where their paths may lead them in the future.

Seems Maggie also was there to watch her brother John Doogan a high school 6'4" junior play for a state championship.

I saw that this morning, also. Congrats to the family.

Agree with what Philly said obviously... and a great article in the other thread re: Roussell's further thoughts. We're lucky to have him for however long he stays. Hopefully, its for quite some time.

“They’re two players that we’re going to be relying on, and I wanted to show my support,” Roussell said. “I wish I could make it out more often to see them play.”

And while his future players went 1-for-2 in their title pursuits, Roussell heaped a ton of praise onto both.

“Erica shares the basketball so well,” he said. “We’ve had some really good players. [Two-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Year] Maggie Doogan is going to be drafted in the WNBA, and [Erica] has that unselfishness that she plays with. She just understands the game so well.

“Josie has the combination of length and athleticism. I still think there is some untapped potential. They both fit the mold of what’s made this program successful.”
