Good to see a win where we have an off shooting day. This team can win in a number of ways.

Bad shooting night so far, hope we can turn it around in the 2nd

They only have played 3 home games, have a top 100 sos, and only have losses to us and a ranked team.

People are getting a bit ahead of themselves here. The team had a great road win last night, and deserves a lot of praise for that. We are probably going to finish 6th in the A10 and our OOC schedule is not going to have any impact on our post season.

I mean, we have 11 players averaging over 12 minutes a game. There are only so many minutes to go around. I think this is one of the only years you can’t really fault Mooney for not finding playing time.

Kenpom has Walz as 27th in the country in offensive rebounding rate, and 23rd in defensive rebounding rate.

@Belmont should be a borderline quad 1 game, and should let us know what we might look like against the top 5 or so A10 teams

He had 2 fouls in 6 minutes in the first half, so he only played 6 minutes in the first half

I think the hard part here is Mooney doesn’t play people with two fouls in the first half. Daughtry especially has had limited minutes due to this. Beagle had 4 fouls in 18 minutes today

Daughtry needs to figure out how to not pick up two fouls in like 6 minutes in the first half! We need him on the court. Same with Lopez. Hoping Johnston will be able to find a rhythm on this team, hasn’t had many good games so far.

Both W+M and Furman have good shots at winning their conferences. I don't think either are favorites right now, but they are top 2 or 3 in their conferences for sure. That doesn't mean they are good teams, haha. Though we will get to see how W+M does against some more A10 competition in the next...
