VCU Ram Fest

VCU is hosting an event called Ram Fest next Saturday at the Siegel Center. It is a free and public event. All Men's and Women's players are going to be there signing autographs, games for kids in their Kids zone, you can buy tickets/season tickets at the event and other merch.

What a great way to build fan engagement, especially young fans (kids) with the autographs and autograph posters. And a chance to meet and interact with the players for all fans. Wondering why UR is not doing a similar type of event?

Likely won't matter much but going to a parents development event at RC with Pres tomorrow late afternoon and chance Hardt will be there - if so, will at least say that VCU event sounds such a good idea would we ever consider etc?

Really want to make a snarky comment, but will refrain as the point has already been made on other threads.

I do think that the Spider Kid’s Club is one positive for the program and there is definitely no contest between the RC and SC for family friendly atmosphere.
