for those who may have missed yesterday's pregame ceremony honoring the departing seniors, grad students and managers, this is an amateur video of the ceremony...

until two years ago I had never seen a college level Women's basketball game in person...these players totally changed my perspective while in the process of making Richmond's program relevant on the national college scene!

congratulations and thanks to them for their talent, hard work, and commitment...they helped prove that Richmond's Women's basketball could compete on the national level!

I was going to reserve comment, but since you brought it up...

I was there for the women's ceremony and thought it was interesting that the two one-year players got framed "action shots" while the rest got jerseys. I'm not making any value judgment - I just thought it was interesting. And since I've been boycotting men's games for almost two years (like that's done a lot of good) I had no idea what the men's Senior day was like. But after seeing the Morning Jolt picture, none of the men got framed jerseys. I'm not sure there's anything to be read into this, but I found the juxtaposition notable.
