Thinking outside the box is probably a good idea. Maybe Moonco should try doing a bit of it. Whatever they're doing right now for scheduling isn't paying big dividends.
I was with Curtis this morning & mentioned your post.
I too have known this for a month or so but didn’t feel it would be right to comment. Wishing him the best as he and staff go through the process. He would be a good and needed addition to our lineup. Fingers crossed.
I'm with you. I too haven't renewed by season tickets and am on the fence. My gut tells me that there are is no real number of us who don't renew that'll make a difference in anything with the men's bb program. I honestly don't think Hardt & everyone associated with the program could care less...
All of these teams seem to be doing just fine. Then we have Hardt & Mooney loading us up mostly Q4 OOC teams, a D3 team, and no really good OOC teams. Why is this acceptable and the new status quo for UR basketball?
Then there’s the question of what it does for us. Not sure how many prior years the expansion would have helped us. I just know we have plenty of work to do in scheduling and on court to currently put ourself in position to be included in any consideration. Take care of business, and results...
You bring up an interesting point about 55 pct being used against Mooney. I’d really like to know if that’s a self awareness factor or not. It should certainly be an embarrassing point, but who knows what he reads, hears, or cares. It kind of falls into a similar category of pushback on...
Unbelievable. Heavily loaded with Q4 Teams. And much of what we are paying for season tickets is for that. I’ll probably get my tics again, but Hardt / Mooney should feel embarrassed by that OOC schedule.
Would be curious what the bottom line difference will be Radford vs Clemson for this player. Seems there would be other non $ considerations, but maybe not. A new age.
3 NCAA appearances in 20 years - underwhelming is an overstatement. Yet here we are with the same coach. Odds of another appearance before the contract runs out assuming no more extensions?
