We do satisfaction surveys at our company. Anyone who does them realizes the values lies in the individualized responses provide the most meaningful feedback in these surveys. Limiting that feedback to 100 characters is a deliberate choice.

Almost every practice video we put out, seems like it is guys going through the motions of playing basketball. They lack intensity, real game like situations. I know we are just getting snippets of practice videos but curious as to why we always get the same snippets.

Could be. I think had more to do with Tanner knowing Mooney's system better and Mooney being more comfortable with him because of that. I think it is a similar issue with Aiden/Tyne. But Mooney has to recognize and reward superior play in games much sooner in my opinion.

I think most of us who post on this board want a program like VCU has built. The problem is our administration/leadership/coach don't want it/can't achieve it.

Parker was a Top 100 recruit in the country. Believe he was player of the year in the Metro area. So, not sure how much either us or VCU recruited him but he was largely out of our league. He went to NC State for 2 years, never really lived up to his recruited potential there.

Exactly. Maybe just start our best players to begin with. I'm glad he finally replaced Tanner with Daughtry in the starting line-up. I have no idea why that took so long as Daughtry is such a better player. I can at least rationalize Aiden being a freshman and it being the PG position...

If a guy score 7 or 8 points in a row, perhaps you adjust your regimented substitution schedule, at that time and let that player ride the heater a bit. That is my preference at least.
